SXS Factory refund and return policy
We have a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. The item must be in the same condition you received it, unused, in original packaging, with proof of purchase.
How long do I have to return UTV parts?
30 days from delivery. Start the return by emailing support@sxsfactory.com or calling 417-848-1005. Do not ship a package until the shop sends a label. Returns go to 1447 South Enterprise Suite A, Springfield, MO 65804.
How do I start a return with SXS Factory?
Email support@sxsfactory.com (not Gmail). If the return is accepted, SXS Factory sends a return shipping label. Items sent without a request are not accepted. Damaged or wrong items should be reported as soon as you open the box.
Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 10 business days after inspection. Banks can take longer to post. If 15 business days have passed after approval, email support@sxsfactory.com.
