A worn carrier bearing can growl or vibrate. A complete drivetrain kit replaces the whole line. SXS Factory sells both — including carrier bearings around $250 and complete kits around $1,820 — so you can pick the job, not a SKU wall.
Driveline vibration that rises with speed, a growl under the rear, or play at the bearing support. Confirm the year and model before you order. Call 417-848-1005 if you are unsure it is the bearing vs a joint.
On many Ranger and RZR layouts it is a mechanical job with the machine supported and the driveline unbolted. It is not a five-minute driveway swap. If multiple joints are worn, skip the solo bearing and look at a complete kit.
Do not. A failed bearing can let the shaft walk and take out more of the driveline. Park it and call the shop.
Bearing only if the rest of the line is healthy. Complete kit when you already have play in several joints or you are rebuilding a high-hour XP Turbo. SuperATV ranks generic UTV parts; this page owns the replace-vs-kit decision for SXS Factory riders.
